Tris也称Tris base、Tris碱或2-Amino-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol，分子式为C4H11NO3，分子量121.14。本产品使用纯度>99.9%的Tris配制，并用盐酸调节pH至7.4后，经过高温高压灭菌和灭活DNA酶、RNA酶以及蛋白酶处理。
